COTTAGE HOMEOWNERSHIP
In addition to our traditional Habitat homes, we now offer the option of Cottages, perfectly sized for a single person. Our Cottages will feature raised ceilings, extra storage, better design for accessibility, and energy-efficient utilities. All houses are one bedroom, one bath with a combination living/dining and kitchen area. They will have a front porch and exterior storage.
This homeownership program is designed for very low-income Seniors (55 and over).
